From design to production

The experience gained over the years has allowed us to select our staff and add highly specialized technicians and to have CNC machinery such as machining centres of various dimensions, CNC lathes and also traditional machines, which allow us to carry out the most varied processes of the entire mechanical production cycle, both for mass production and for individual components.

Machinery and Equipment

We use state-of-the-art CAD-CAM 3D software for our designs.

Moreover, we have a range of equipment for TIG AC-DC welding, a MIG-MAG welding unit complete with a horizontal rotary positioner (on aluminium, stainless steel and steel of all types) and a MMA welding unit (process with coated manual electrodes).

Our partners are entrusted with laser cutting operations and with the realization of processes and paper-based certifications of machinery and systems.

In the course of our multi-year activity offered our services to various industries: aeronautical, aerospace, military weapons, nautical, automotive, chemical, petrochemical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, artistic.

Recently, great importance has been given to prototyping and to custom-work.
